What's the Deal

What is good bitches! The draft is just under 2 weeks away so why not drop some knowledge for all you suckas. This is not ground breaking mind you, but what you have missed in the last week, plus Jetfighter's thought on the big 6 for the draft.

Arit D-rob might get his fat a** finally traded. I have heard the Broncos have a new contract offered on the table and are willing to drop a second day draft pick (rounds 3-7 tricks) on his bum knee and $11 million cap hit. Peace out and good looks Bradway. Winner winner chicken dinner!

This might be the last year the draft is the big NYC. I say they should keep it in the marketing capital of the world, and home of the best damn team in the NFL (not you Giants). Having Jet fans scream and hearing all the boos is part of the lore of the draft + the occasional exciting YEAHHHHH for a fan favorite.

Arit this is what I think for the draft. I am crossing my fingers on Vernon Gholston or Darren McFadden. Gholston could be our standing/hands in the ground OLB/DE opposite Pace/Ellis in certain packages. People could say he is another Mamula (workout warrior) but his collegiate stats at Ohio State are comparable to former Maryland Terp Shawne Merriman.

The other father of the yea....I mean draft choice would be the Darren McFadden aka Run DMC from Arkansas. He is the home runner hitter, lightening in the bottle the Jets so desperately need on offense. Yea people shut up with your whole "His legs stop on contact, he fumbles too much, and always runs to the outside instead of hitting the wholes and tries to outrun the defender" talk. That can all be fixed in the NFL with coaches! He has the ability on any play to take that rock to the house, and will strike the fear of God in every d-coordinator in the league for the next 8-10 years.

Now granted they both could be gone by the 6th pick, so I say trade down, add some extra picks, and select either a CB, WR, ILB, or OL depth in that order of importance.

Peace
